LeadQuoteHub is a marketplace, not a roofing contractor. Independent contractors perform the work.

Information We Collect

We collect the project and contact information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email and roofing request. We record your permission choices, disclosure version, time and project source so we can review your request and maintain an auditable record.

How We Use Your Information

We receive, review, verify and qualify your request to help connect you with an appropriate independent roofing contractor. LeadQuoteHub contact permission and contractor-referral permission are separate choices for your specific project.

Contractor Referrals

If you grant referral permission, it covers your project and contact information for one appropriate independent roofing contractor selected later for that request. It does not select a contractor at submission or authorize unrelated projects, unrelated marketing, marketing texts or automated/prerecorded marketing calls. No contractor receives your information from this submission.

Your Choices and Privacy Requests

To request access or deletion, withdraw a permission or raise a privacy concern, call (626) 609-3922. LeadQuoteHub's Founder is responsible for privacy requests. Before taking action, we verify your identity using contact information already associated with your request and matching project information. We do not act solely on supplied record identifiers or an unverified new contact destination. You can withdraw contractor-referral permission separately from LeadQuoteHub contact permission, or request that both stop. Withdrawing contact permission stops further LeadQuoteHub contact and dependent active processing. Withdrawing referral permission prevents new referrals. Information already shared cannot be taken back. Stopping its further use by a contractor requires a separate review.

Retention and Deletion

We handle access and deletion requests manually after verifying your identity. We retain information only as reasonably necessary for marketplace operation, security and audit, dispute handling, fraud prevention, recovery and applicable legal obligations. Withdrawal is recorded without automatically deleting permission history, audit, security or recovery records. Deletion requests are assessed individually under these retention needs and applicable obligations. Encrypted recovery records remain protected and are subject to our retention and deletion process.
